If your day countdown on the Today page has gone blank after completing a few workouts, don’t worry. This is a quick fix.
How to get back on track
- Go to your Guide and select your guide again from the program library (book icon)
- Mark each workout as complete up to the point you’ve already reached
- Your countdown will update and you’ll be back in the right place
Alternatively, you can use the My Guide tab to find and continue from your current workout without needing to scroll through the full programme.
