From the app home screen, just tap the guide (book) icon. You can scroll through the different guides and programs available.

You can browse through the available guides and programs by swiping left/right. Tap "view all" to filter by keyword, frequency, and level.

Tap into a guide to see more information about it. If you'd like to switch, just tap the "switch guide" button at the bottom of the screen.
