There are three ways to subscribe to LEAN: via our website, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. In order to successfully unsubscribe from the app you will need to use the same method that you had initially chosen when subscribing with us.
Please note that even if you are not seeing a LEAN subscription on your device settings at all, you still might have a live web subscription.
To make sure you have cancelled your subscription, please login on our website where your latest subscription status can be seen. Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket and ask our team to make sure your subscription is cancelled.
If you subscribed via web:
